Lily is back under saddle!

Gold Rush!

This big, well proportioned colt is going to turn a deep golden color with bright white mane and tail like his granddam, Surrey! He is curious and adventuresome while also very trainable. He already leads, ties, stands for the farrier and comes when called! And he’s only 5 weeks old!

His intelligence and excellent confirmation will serve him well as he matures and develops his already easy walking gaits. He is built uphill with good, well placed withers and a long hip. He has a nice overstride as well!

We are very, very pleased with Lily’s first foal. She has produced an excellent example of what we want to provide for the next generation of Tennessee Walkers!

Lily has foaled her first colt! A deep golden palomino! He is big, strong, curious and so confident!  He already knows how to walk the walk.  He is loving being on the outside.  We love him!

 This buckskin Sabino filly is exceptional. She is intelligent with plenty personality. She is very flashy with her high white stockings and the black "garters" that show above them.She is a real prize. Sara was started under saddle this year and is a real joy with a marvelous gait. She is Rose's granddaughter.

Longview's Surprise Chance

"Surrey" is a special golden palomino from the Albert Dement's Last Chance line.  Her sire is Longview Takes No Chances, a cremello walking horse with a marvelous gait.  Surrey is trail wise and has had lots of field trial training under saddle.  I love to ride this mare.  She has the neatest gait!

Offspring:

Surrey foaled a Cremello filly by Golden Gambler on April 16, 2006, Last Chance Easter Lily FF. She foaled a palomino stud colt by Golden Gambler on May 30, 2008, Gambler's Gold Perfection.
